We are leaving Grand Canyon National Park this morning and headed to Albuquerque, NM today and we’ll lodge there. We’ll stop at the petrified forest and the National Atomic Museum along the way for a couple of our viewers. Tomorrow, Thursday, we’ll head from Albuquerque, NM to Oklahoma City, OK. Along that route, we’ll check out The Ant Farm’s Cadillac Ranch in Amarillo, TX, and since there’s not a whole lot in between, we’ll try and visit some viewer’s homes and take some viewer’s calls, think of it like a CB radio.
Friday, we’ll head from OK city, OK to Memphis where we’ll explore Graceland, several strip malls, and at night, we’ll seek out some local nightlife on Beale Street. Saturday, we’ll head from Memphis to The Great Smoky Nat’l Park in Tennessee where we’ll camp out and look at the stars and rename constellations on Google Sky.
Sunday, we’re going to just explore – the blueridge parkway ( street view there is beautiful) and some other things, it’s open, mainly viewer suggestions. From there, we’ll head to Pete’s place in Richmond, VA on Monday, where we’ll have a homecoming party.
We’d like to continue the next week, going up to Maine because I’ve never seen it. Then I’ll probably “fly” home.
